I really love the idea of blending Hanfu with modern fashion, but i don’t want to end up looking like i just threw on random pieces and called it a day. Like, i’ve seen some people pull off Hanfu + sneakers or a modern top with a Hanfu skirt, and it looks so good. But every time i try, it just looks… Off.
Are there any general rules or styling tips for making a mixed look actually work? What modern pieces go best with Hanfu without making it look awkward? I want to experiment, but i also don’t want to accidentally create a fashion disaster.
