Yes and no. The cheap mass-produced stuff floods the market, but the really good artisan pieces are still expensive and rare.

I’m okay with fast-fashion hanfu as entry-level, most people start there and then upgrade when they get hooked.

What bothers me is when big brands slap “hanfu” on completely unrelated dresses and call it a day. That’s just lazy.

At least now more people are trying it. Ten years ago you were basically a unicorn if you wore hanfu outside.
