Traveling in Hanfu can sound tricky, but it’s definitely doable if you plan it right:

Packing: The key to packing Hanfu is rolling the fabric instead of folding it to prevent wrinkles. If you’re worried about delicate fabrics, use a garment bag to protect them.

Comfort: For travel, you’ll want to go for light, breathable fabrics like cotton or silk blends. These are comfortable for long days of sightseeing and won’t make you feel too hot or restricted.

Styles for travel: Stick to simpler, less bulky Hanfu designs. You don’t want anything too complicated with too many layers—keep it easy to move in.

Footwear: Choose comfortable shoes like sneakers or flats. Traditional slippers might look great but can be uncomfortable for long walks, especially if you’re doing a lot of sightseeing.

With the right fabrics and styles, Hanfu can definitely work for travel, as long as you prioritize comfort and practicality. Just make sure your outfit won’t slow you down or make you too hot while you’re on the go!
